Recent Projects
Tysons Corner Office Portfolio
$101.5 million transaction for a portfolio acquisition in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The portfolio includes two office buildings and a development site located at 1951 Kidwell Drive and 1953 Gallows Road (Courthouse Centre) in Vienna Virginia. The transaction involved bringing a joint venture partner and equity to the sponsor. The two Class B office buildings in the portfolio are located in close proximity to one another in the heart of Tysons Corner/D.C. near the intersection of Route 7 and I-495.
Gateway Hotel Portfolio
$17,400,000 in financing for the refinance and partner buyout of this four-property hotel portfolio located in Virginia and Maryland.
Lexington Square
$63 million equity placement for a 383-unit luxury condominium project located in Arlington, Virginia.
Tivoli Apartments
$1,400,000 in preferred equity on behalf of a regional apartment owner. The placement facilitated the acquisition and ongoing rehabilitation of an apartment complex located in the Tidewater area of Virginia. The property was capitalized with preferred equity carrying a specified dividend and having a definitive term.
The apartments are located on a 10-acre site in the Tidewater area of Virginia. The nearly 150-unit garden apartment complex was constructed in 1972 and is comprised of one and two bedroom units. The project has been continuously leased to 95% or better.
$40 million expandable revolving credit facility
Placement of a $40 million expandable revolving credit facility for Atlanta-based CMI, LLC, a private lender with a capitalization exceeding $100 million. The credit facility will allow them to continue their stellar growth. The line of credit was funded by a global hedge fund.

$47,000,000 entity-level investment in Park Investors, LLC - a new company formed to acquire manufactured housing and mobile home communities in the Southeast and Southwest.
