Over the years, John B. Levy & Company has nurtured a host of strong ties with equity investors. The discernments of these investors are varied and range from opportunity fund investors seeking high yields over relatively short-term periods to those with a long-term horizons and a preference to avoid risk. Many of these sources have followed our real estate research for years, further cementing our relationships.

To further entice and encourage equity investors, we are willing, in selected transactions, to invest our own equity. For example, we have invested or placed equity or mezzanine debt in projects ranging from a portfolio of office buildings to the ground-up construction of new condominiums.
