The Jameson at Wood Quay, LLC has started construction on the 333 mixed-income multifamily units which sits on a 5+ acre pad within the much larger 424-acre mixed-used project known as Kincora Village Center.
Positioned within the economic heart of Loudoun County Virginia, one of the nation’s fastest growing and wealthiest counties, The Jameson will capitalize on the region’s thriving economy, robust job growth, and the ever growing cohort of affluent and highly educated demographics. The Jameson will include tenant amenities such as a rooftop deck, saltwater pool, resident lounge, fitness room and a parking garage.
