We also co-created the Giliberto-Levy High-Yield Real Estate Debt Index (G-L 2), the first and only independent third-party benchmark for high-yield commercial real estate debt, including mezzanine loans, second mortgages, leveraged whole loans, B-notes, and preferred equity.
